No, you can use your activation code on any computer you want but to use for different ones at the same time, you should buy new one.

HP/MP functions doesn't work. What I need to do?
Close the macro completely. Open it again. Make your HP/MP full. Without moving it, turn your game screen to locate your HP/MP bar to the place that is not have a background with red/blue colors. For example: blue sky. Start the macro now.

What is the Smart HP/MP?
The functionality that handles using pots during the PK. It makes this instantly and smartly. You can even do 1vs1 with it. Priests can focus on db and healing, warrior, archer and mage can focus to attacking or other things need to do. Place your HP/MP to the buttons 7-8 and use the first spaces of skill bar for the other skills you prefer.

Can I watch the videos while the Kozy is working?
For KO: Yes, sure. Press CTRL+F11 when the macro on the background and on the working state. Thats it. To activate the game window again, click on Ctrl+F11'e again.
For Rise, nothing to do. It will work on the background without any issue.

Is there any way to get notified for party, hp/mp state, and monster selection problems etc. when I AFK?
Discord notifications! Kozy can send discord notifications to you for them.

Is there any way to press some buttons by period?
Yes, use the auto buttons setting windows on Kozy settings window.

Is there any way to select mobs by mouse?
Yes. Click on the mob by color. You can activate Z and R buttons if you are using this functionality. It stops trying to select mob after the mob selected.

What is the special download link?
The last version existing on the site recompiled from zero for you. The exe will be created by the unique name. This protects you by catching by the exe name. So, it provides extra security. The risk is never zero.

When the new version of Kozy released, will I get the update automatically for my special link?
No, special links can be builded for only the active version at the moment. You don't have to buy new special link after the new version. It depends on you. The special link you have, always works.

There are problem on healing party members. What to do?
If you are on the white map, try to put chat screen as background of the party list by expanding it.

Is there anything to do especially for Rise Online?
- Choose windowed full screen on Rise settings. Set the inventory opacity lower. Use setting that stop moving HP/MP bars. (Prevent moving hp and target bar.)
- Place the mob hp to the upside center of the screen.
- Make the game and desktop resolutions same.
- Don’t scale the game UI.
- If you are playing with 2 screens, use the main screen for the game.
- When you start the macro first time, be sure your HP/MP is full.
- If you are using captcha solving, do not set "very low" on game settings.

How can I prevent going near slots? Is it possible to arrange distance range?
You can select the mob by using the setting on attack settings. Even so, it may go to near slots. You can also select "Wait HP" setting if there is no one farming on closest slot. There is now way to arrange distance range.

I am an owner of a Server/Game. Should I ban everyone using Kozy?
Kozy allows gamers to spend much more time on the game and aims to have more fun. It does not cheat. It is limited to doing what the game allows. The important point is Kozy is safe for everyone. Gamers are preferring to use Kozy instead of using the insecure ways. Nowadays, there are too many mouse macros. So, bans and blocks are not meaning to help gamers. Our wish is to let all gamers use Kozy in a safe manner.

I would like to delete Kozy completely. How can I do?
Click on settings and then click on the reset button. Now, you can close Kozy and delete the file. That's it. There is nothing behind.

What is the Close the game and, try again error? What should I do?
Please, exit from the game and restart Kozy. It is not important in general. Probably, it is gonna be a one time process.
